Litter Robot app not working +1

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:

Connect app gets offline few minutes after reconnecting.

Hardware concerned:

Not sure.

Software concerned:

Does it have the latest firmware? I saw that “LR3CI units with serial number 301028 or higher have the latest factory firmware at this time.”

Troubleshooting steps already taken:

Yes. Try many times, same issue remains. Tried reset, hard reset, reset router, reset WIFI settings, deep clean the robot. All do not help. The robot is working, but it is always offline.

Additional information:

Offline problem started around 3 months after first use. Now totally wont connect to WIFI or disconnect right after reconnecting.
