Litter Robot Always Sensing Full

My Litter Robot is always saying it’s full. I’ve emptied it, changed the bag, removed the bonnet, removed the globe, cleaned the sensors, reassembled it all, and it worked for about one week. Now it’s doing it again. Any advice?

Hello, thank you for this. I removed the bottom, located the two green circuit boards and the plastic brackets and cleaned them all with the alcohol as suggested. I then ran a cycle and was again prompted that the drawer was full. My order number was 100541052.

Hello @Aratay013,

Thank you for your reply.

In this case, the DFI sensor will need to be replaced.

According to your order number, it seems that you have ordered your robot from the manufacturer directly.
