I am having the exact same issue!! Occasionally when i press the power button i can see a faint red light that will quickly blink once with my press of the power button.

Please provide us with your order number and a picture of the power adapter you are using.
Also, please confirm if you have a second robot or if this is the only one you have.

Hi! I have the exact same issue.
Litter Robot 4 base is completely dead with no lights or response.
The original 15V adapter is confirmed working on another device.
After a brief motor tangle, it will not power on and shows zero signs of life. Is it fixable through board repair please
