Hi, I am facing the same issue.
I am receiving motor fault notifications. The cycle stop, I get 3 solid red light and 2 yellow flashing light. I have followed all instruction on your web site to solve the problem but it is not working. I was very happy with this litter until this happened.
Can you please help me ?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
We will also need you to check the following:
1- Check and make sure that you are using the original power adapter.
2- Remove the globe and check the gear of the motor… Make sure there’s nothing blocking the motor from rotating.

In this case, the motor will need to be replaced so we will send you a new one under warranty.
