Litter Robot 4 LEDs not flashing when drawer is full

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: When the drawer is full, the app tells me so, but the blue LEDs on the robot are not flashing.

Hardware concerned: LR4

Hi,

I looked at the link you sent me and did not find anything regarding my problem.
The App tells me that the Drawing is full, my robot does not flash the blue LED.

Further more, my App tells me that the drawer is full even if it’s not.
Only one or two clump in the drawer… I don’t think that this is a normal thing.

Hi @Syville ,

The app uses an algorithm to estimate how full the unit is based off the number of times it normally has to cycle for the unit to be full. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation. Overtime, once the app has compiled more data, the estimation will become more accurate. I would say everything is fine but to keep an eye on it over the next week or two.
