Could you explain the big difference between the price on the main website (799 dollars with the 4 years garanty) and yours (990 euros)?

I just ordered the litter 4 and am so thrilled! Have one detailed question: the manual prescribes to order clumbing cat litter of which the pieces should be smaller than “the screen” but I cannot find the dimensions of the holes in the screen. Could you provide these?

The manufacturer didn’t mention the exact size of the holes on the sifter but it’s the same as the older model Litter-Robot 3 so you can use the same litter that you were using on that model.
If you didn’t have previous models, you can refer to the following video to see some of the compatible brands of litter so you can find one of them in your area to use:

The manufacturer offers 1 and 3 years of warranty while we offer 2 and 4 years (for European customers) and that’s one of the reasons for the price difference.
If you check our North American website, you will find that the robot is sold for the exact price as the manufacturer’s website:
