Litter robot 4 always says drawer is full

I bought the litter robot four almoat a year ago. Its great but the only issue is everyday if not every other day i get a notification the drawer is full. We have tried cleaning the sensor and recalibrating the sensors in the drawer and vacuumed out the entite litter box.
