Litter Robot 3 Yellow Light on constantly

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Litter Robot 3 ws working fine, then stopped mid cycle and yellow light remained on constantly.

Tried the following:

  1. Power cycle (no change in lighting)
  2. Disassemble bonnet and globe, empty tray, clean everything, re-assemble (worked, twice, but problem re-oiccured and now no longer works)
  3. Litter is below fill line and bonnet tabs are in
  4. Rotation gear does not rotate freely (screw not visible, cannot be made visible as locked in place)

Please give us the serial number of your robot. You can find it on the base.

If you leave your robot plugged in for several minutes, does yellow light change to 3 blinking lights?

The only light I can get right now is a solid yellow light no matter what I do.
