Litter Robot 3 Won’t connect to Wi-Fi


I just bought a refurbished Litter Robot 3 directly from the manufacturer. I cannot get it to connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. After multiple tries, I noticed that the QR code on the unit does not match the serial number that comes up in my Bluetooth list on my phone. Could that be the issue? You have to scan the QR code as part of the onboarding process but that code has a different serial number to what my Bluetooth on my phone is seeing.
