I’m working to repair my litter robot that is not turning on. I tried replacing the DC adapter and main board but still no luck. Are there any additional steps I should take prior to replacing the Barrel adapter? Where can I buy a barrel adapter compatible with litter robot 3?
Also, I am outside my warranty period 
Any help with repairing rather than replacing would be very appreciated!

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Did you make sure that the adapter was compatible with the robot? (15v 1A)
There is a pin in the jack where the small connector from the power supply is inserted. This pin should be split. Find something small and open it slightly if it is not.
