Litter robot 3 turns past in clean cycledi

Hello!
Our litter robot 3 has been turning past where it needs to stop on the clean cycle and then getting stuck. I have fixed the rotation of the globe a few times, opened up some parts to see if I can figure out what the issue is however it continues to keep happening. There is a video of it in the following link and pictures of the parts that I suspected.

We had the robot for 3-4 years, we have not replaced any parts of it before. We are still using the original power cable for it as well. Please let me know if I can provide more information to help you figure out what is wrong.
Thanks

Hello @eowyn36 ,

Thank you for your reply.

The issue is related to the contact pins so we will need to see them.

Please send us pictures like the ones we are attaching below:
Anti-Pinch pins

Hello @Ebram
Here are the pictures

Hello @eowyn36,

Thank you for your reply.

According to the pictures, the pins will need to be replaced.

Please confirm if the blue light was blinking when you press the “Reset” button or not.

Awaiting your reply.

Hello again,

When I plug it in;
It starts the cycling on its own
Gets stuck upside down
Orange cycling light starts blinking
Pressing or holding reset doesnt do anything
When I turn it off then on again, it turns just a bit and orange cycling light starts blinking again

This is the state we have been stuck on.
Is it possible to link the pins that need replacing?
And do you think replacing the pins will be enough at this stage or do you think there are more problems?

Thanks a lot!

Hello @eowyn36 ,

Thank you for your reply.

If the yellow light is the only one blinking even when you press the “Reset” button, then only the pins will need to be replaced.

Here are the links for them:
