I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering with our Litter Robot 3
The unit has been giving trouble for months- stopping midcycle etc.
Now it’s not moving at all and there’s a solid yellow light.
We have cleaned the unit weekly and we have followed the trouble shooting You Tube videos.
I tried to contact support on the Litter Robot website but it is not accepting my Irish phone number as valid.
Does anyone know how to contact them for support?
