Since a couple of weeks my litter robot is not doing a complete turn to go back to home position. At first it was once in a while but now it’s constant.
Robot is never completing a full turn.
It always get stuck in similar position; i.e. it dumps, the turns, then when going back to home position gets stuck and lights start flashing.
Pressing reset just re-initiates the turn but it stops immediately.
The only way to get it back to home is by putting the globe in the right position manually.

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.
