Litter robot 3 is 1.5 years old, in use by 3-4 cats. Purchased as reconditioned from Litter Robot on line. Worked flawlessly until now. Been goofy for about 2 weeks. Constantly sends over torque fault to app, but I rarely find it out of place. It usually can fix itself. I have noticed it get wobbly and make a crack sound just after it dumps and before it goes back the other way. Can visibly see the globe push up and the bonnet deform when the crack happens. It makes a second smaller crack about halfway around. Sound comes from the key on the back… like it’s being forced to go past a stop? Have tried all the general troubleshooting to no avail. (Reset, unplugged, taken apart & cleaned, checked magnets, gear not loose etc) Thinking perhaps my motor is worn out? Also issues with blue light blinking when litter bin is empty.
