Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I bought a litter robot in october 11 2018, so quite recent. And now, it just suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. No more light, no more power. It is not the socket in the wall the problem, it’s working just fine. What can i do to make it work or have it replaced? With 3 cats, that’s a little too much without my robot.

Have you checked the batteries? Although it is very rare that they stop working in just one month, it is the first thing you should check.

Hi @keruwb,

If you have no lights on the control panel while the Litter-Robot is plugged in, it could be a few issues:

  • The power supply might be defective : if possible please verify it with a voltmeter.
  • If you leave the unit plugged in, is the control panel hot at touch?

Please let me know once you have done these simple tests.
