My Litter robot 3 is having problems during a cycle. It rotates and the litter falls on the mesh plate and some of it falls through the mesh as expected, then the rest of the litter just piles up and as the litter robot continues to rotate, the rest of the litter that did not fall through the mesh is falling into the tray below. The the robot finishes the cycle and we are left with just a small amount of litter in the bowl.
We have been using this litter for ages and it was fine, so I don’t think it is the litter. It almost seems like there is not enough time for the litter to fall through the mesh during a cycle.
