I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
mi letter robot 3 tiene la luz azul parpadeando y esta vacío el deposito, cuando doy a reiniciar empieza a parpadear la luz amarilla de manera intermitente sin parar, lo apago , y cuando enciendo esta igual, no se que hacer:

Lamentamos que tenga problemas con su Litter-Robot.
Indíquenos su número de pedido o una copia de la factura.
Este problema está relacionado con el sensor DFI y los pines de contacto.
Intente limpiar las 2 placas de circuitos verdes y los 2 soportes de plástico del sensor DFI con alcohol isopropílico y un hisopo para eliminar el óxido o el polvo.
Aquí hay un video para ayudarlo a ubicar estas partes:
También necesitaremos ver los 3 pares de pines de contacto que se muestran en los siguientes videos:

Pin de la base:
No es necesario sacarlos del robot, solo necesitamos verlos desde el exterior.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
This issue is related to the DFI sensor and the contact pins.
Please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them.

Base’s Pin:
No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
