Litter-Robot 3 keeps showing yellow and red or blue and yellow

So since a week or 2 our Litter-Robot 3 has been showing some issues. Now it only spins for a second then rotates back and stops. Then it either shows yellow red or blue and red lights.

I have tried cleaning everything, tightening the screw of the motor, checking the magnets, cleaning the waste bin, cleaning al the connector’s, checking the sliders, checking the strips at the waste bin hole and checking and cleaning the black key.

Out of the above nothing seems to help.

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
