Litter Robot 3 is not working

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I have a litter robot 3 and it is not working. The yellow light in the middle is always flashing (STOPPED/CYCLING)

I think my robot is less than 2 years old and I don’t know how to solve the problem,

Hi there,
Welcome to the forum.

If the yellow light flash when the cycle is interrupted, it can be caused by a bad connection between the base and the bonnet.
Make sure the metal plates connectors aren’t oxide.

This problem can also be caused by the night light, is the blue light in the bonnet ON when the cycle is interrupted?

Thank you, yes the blue light in the bonnet ON when the cycle is interrupted. What should I do ? My robot is 1 year old and I can’t use it.
