The house had an overnight power outage. When I turned the little robot on it got halfway through the cycle (emptied everything) and then stopped. The yellow light was solid. I unplugged the robot from power by pulling the jack from the back of the robot. I then plugged it back in and it will not power back on. I have tried multiple outlets but nothing. One minute it had power and the next it did not. The replacement base is $400. Do I need the whole base? What part is most likely going to fix it?

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.
