Based off my suggestion, my boss bought a Litter-Robot 3 (non-wifi) a year ago, which is now out of warranty. It started having a slow yellow flashing light error and she contacted LR support, and they told her it could be the bonnet, so she bought a new bonnet. The metal pieces on the base look fine. The new bonnet did not fix the issue and LR support said she needed a new base. Since I’ve dabbled in fixing my own LR3s, I took it to try and fix. I’ve replaced the DFI and pinch sensors, which it probably didn’t need, but is always what is wrong with my robots, so what the heck. I also replaced the cat sensor. The LR3 will start to cycle, then stop, flash the yellow light, start up again, stop, start again, stop and keep doing this until it finally gets back to the home position and then the solid red light comes on and stays on. I hate to see my boss have to buy a new base when the electronics can be replaced if I can figure out which component is failing. Hoping someone here has experienced this issue and knows how to fix it.

Replacing the circuit board fixed it. I had already ordered one, so wanted to try that before replying with pictures, which is what has taken so long.
