I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: blinking blue light, when then try to cycle comes up with fast blinking yellow light, will not cycle. have cleaned all parts but still not working
Hardware concerned: litter robot 3
Troubleshooting steps already taken: cleaned all parts
Additional information: still within warranty

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
You need to clean the 2 green circuit boards of the DFI sensor with isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from the small pins.
Then clean the Anti-Pinch pins with WD-40 and sandpaper.
