Good afternoon, I have the litter box robot 3. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of problems with the litter box lately. When the cats have been in the box and have done their business, it no longer turns completely. It turns a little bit and then back again. We have already tried everything. Let it turn manually, let it turn via the app, etc. We also cleaned the litter box including all sensors after we took it apart. Sometimes it works well, but then the problem persists. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to solve it?

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps in the attached video:

If none of the steps in the video resolves the issue, please send us photos of the 3 sets of contact pins. Two are located on the base, and one is on the side of the cover. (Refer to the photo)
We will also need some additional information to open a file.
-Photo of the serial number located behind the base of the litter box.
-Order number. (PDF or photo of receipt for reseller clients)
-Confirmation of your postal address and telephone number.

Hi, having the same issue, it dumps litter and then do not go to home position, red and yellow lights blinking one after another, just stucks in the above. Tried to clean everything like the instructions. Can you help us please?

Are you using the original power adapter?
