My Litter Robot 3 stopped being responsive. After a little research it seems to be the DFI sensor. It looks like the one that I currently have on my machine has been recalled and I could be entitled to receive a free replacement (upgrade). Can anyone confirm this information?

Please provide us with your order number to check your warranty.
We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following video:
No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.
