Litter robot 3 dfi sensor defect?

Hi, we seem to have the same issue as several people on the forum. Our robot will alternate between blinking blue and yellow rapidly when pressing reset.

All the cleaning as indicated on other topics has been done to no avail.

Serial number of our robot is: LR3CI281652.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number to check the warranty.

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:

Bonnet’s Pin:

Base’s Pin:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.

Hi Ebram,

Unfortunately we can’t find back the order number. Based on payment info I know we purchased the robot mid 2021 but that’s as precise as I can get.

I’ll send pictures later today.

Indeed, the order was under your wife’s name and here’s the order number: 1112503

The warranty has just expired on the 6th of this month but we still send you the replacement parts for free one last time.

According to the pictures, the pins will need to be replaced so we will send you new ones along with the DFI sensor.
