Litter Robot 3 continuously getting stuck

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:

Litter Robot 3 getting stuck mid-cycle. This happens very frequently - multiple times a week if not every day.
The yellow light flashes slowly (once per second). I’ve cleaned the Robot thoroughly. It is 3 years old.

Sometimes turning it off and on fixes the issue. But more often it’ll get stuck again. Tapping the bonnet often gets it to continue & finish its cycle.

I’ve read previous threads about this issue and thought perhaps it was the anti-pinch pins that need to be replaced, but after reading further it looks like that would be a rapid flashing light instead?

The base and bonnet pins are a little worn but I can’t find anywhere to buy replacements. Could there be another issue I haven’t thought about yet? And if it’s the pins, where can I buy replacements?

This issue is indeed related to the pins so we recommend replacing them all.

The pins are not listed on the website yet but we can help you order them.
