I have a litter robot 3 connect.
The rubber of the globe is not sealed anymore to the globe. I am still under warranty.
Attached a couple of pictures.
What should I do?

Also adding that when the litter robot is going round, it is not sagging down when in upside down position so that any stuck litter falls down.
So litter remains stuck
Can you also advise about that?

Your robot is covered by the warranty so we can certainly send you a new PVC liner.
The following video will show you how to replace it:
Regarding the issue of the liner not hanging down during the cycle, please check this video to see if the weight disc is out of its place or not:
If not, then the area beneath the liner might have become sticky causing this issue so make sure to clean it while replacing the liner.
To proceed with the replacement, please provide us with the following:
1- Shipping address.
2- Phone number.
3- Serial number located on the back of the robot.
