New to this forum and looking for a bit of assistance with our litter robot. We just had the base replaced as it had kept cycling past its normal point and would just get stuck.
Since installing the new base, we’ve had multiple dump location faults and over torque faults, most seem to resolve on their own or with the occasional reset. But what’s been most concerning is the much louder high pitched sound the robot makes as it cycles. It sounds like the motor is working too hard. As per our support ticket communication we’ve removed the globe and reset it back the base, I cleaned everything around the globe and base but the noise still persists. Should we be worried?
