Hi,
Since my last contact with support my Litter Robot App stopped giving notifications has well my wife´s app on a diferent phone. All checkboxes are active has they always had been on the two smartphones.
This can be coicidence but the day i gived my robot serial number to support via email to do troubleshooting on another issue, the notifications stopped, i can do and see everything on the app but notifications died on 2 devices, even in diferent newtworks with internet. This is very strange, and for my luck i don´t have any feedback from support on the last few days.
Is there a problem with litter robot Servers or could they disabled anything on my account where the litter robot is associated when they were checking and troubleshooting my other issue?
Can anyone help.
