Litter Robot 3 Connect DFI issues, missing, blue flashing light, not working

@igor_X no I bought it back in 2017.

So it’s odd that when I hit reset it resets fine it’s just that after the cycle process it indicates it’s full.

So essentially just a malfunctioning DFI circuit I guess?

That’s unfortunate. Almost been 3 years so I can’t complain, just odd how it’s out of nowhere.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi @Rutoy21,

Yes, we have seen this behavior before. DFI sensor failure is most common failure root cause for Litter Robot 3 Open Air.

Hi,

I have noticed that my DFI SENSOR is broken.
I have the Litter Robot III open air WiFi Connect.
It is still under warranty. How can I get a new sensor?

Best regards,

Pascal

Hi @PascalWoude!

How did you determine that the sensor is broken?

What is your order ID and a serial number of the robot?

Thank you.
