like other customers I have connection problems with my Litter Robot 3 Connect. After a while the Robot goes offline and only awakes when I press a physical button - like cycle/reset. I tried it with a hard reset several times but it doesn’t solve the problem.
What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.
Please provide us with the serial number of your robot so we can check with the manufacturer the status of your connection.
Please note: Every router/user network is different, and sometimes the litter robot has to work harder to remain connected. We are working on continuous improvements to try and alleviate these issues. However internet connectivity does not effect the base function of the litter robot.
