I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description:
We bought a LR3Connect about 2 months ago. It is mostly working fine, but for some reason we are not able to reset the robot from the built in button, and have to go to the app every time and choose “Reset gauge”. We are not quite sure, but maybe the “Cycle” button s also not quite working consistently either

iOS App on iPhone 7 & iPhone X

Apart from this, we also have a harder to describe problem once in a while, where the robot just stops mid-cycle (probably when disturbed multiple times by curious cats), and then won’t restart in any way (buttons or app) until we unplug, wait and restart the device. Probably not really connected to the first problem, and I am happy to make a separate post on this issue if that is easier.
