Litter robot 3 connect blue light slow or yellow light fast flashing

We have the second litter robot 3 connect. After it was turned of, and it is now turned on again the blue light is flashing slowly. If I press the reset button the yellow light starts to flash fast. Rest again the blue slow and so on. Everything is cleaned the anti pinch sensor metals are clean as well and have no corrosion. I tried as well to bridge and connect the wo anti pinch metals directly to guarantee they touch is other. But now difference. Andy tips for this one ? Or if it is a hardware issue which replacement parts do I need to order and replace ? The DFI sensor ? And the new Metall ? Or ….

Thanks a lot

Oli

Hi Ebram,

sorry for the delay we were some days off. I have β€œgood and bad news” the good thing is the litter robot started to work again. so it is not showing any error, it is cycling and everything. BUT it does not work with the DFI Indicator. the light is always stable blue even if the drawer becomes completely filled. Anny Ideas of this ?

Thanks and best regards

Oli
