Litter Robot 3 Connect : Blue blinking ready light After cleaning Pinch connectors

Hey,
Today i cleaned My litter robot. After i was done i got. the pinch detection fault. So i Googled and came across the issue white the Dirty connectors. So i cleaned them.
After assembling the litter robot back together i got the Blue flashling light and my App Shows That the drawer is Full. I Tried everything From realigning my wastebag To cleaning the Sensors. But nothing Works. Ist goes From starting Up ( all three LEDs Blink in a row) to flashing Blue. Clicking on reset Dosen‘t Change the light to a solid Blue.

I belive i still have Warranty on my litter robot ( of its 2 years?) i dont know how ist will work, because i live in germany.

Hello @Mag2003 ,

Welcome to RobotShop community.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number to check the warranty.

The blue blinking light indicates an issue with the DFI sensor.

Please try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them.

Here’s a video to help you locate these parts:

We will also need to see the 3 pairs of contact pins shown in the following videos:
Anti-Pinch Pins:

Bonnet’s Pin:

Base’s Pin:

No need to take them out of the robot, we only need to see them from the outside.

Awaiting your reply.

Sincerely,

Hey Ebram,
Is this something I have to do one my own? I’m not good in such things. Is it maybe possible to get a new base or to send mine in ?

Hello @Mag2003 ,

Thank you for your reply.

In this case, we recommend sending the robot to our repair center for inspection and repair.

You will need to send us the base, the bonnet, and the power supply of the robot. No need to ship the drawer and the globe.

You can place the globe over the waste drawer and use them as a stationary litter box until the rest of the robot gets back to you.

We suggest a box dimension of 24 “wide x 18” deep x 24 "high. The Bonnet should be put in the box upside down on top of the litter base.

If you wish to proceed with the repair process, please provide us with the following:

1- Shipping address.
2- Phone number.
3- Serial number located on the back of the robot.

Awaiting your reply.

Sincerely,

Hey Ebram,
That sounds good thank you! how much will it cost and do you know how long it will take ?
Is there something required in termes of shipping (something like, a insurance)?
Where do I find the address of the repair Center? Or do you give it to me as soon as I write you privately?
Kind regards,
