Our litter robot 3 recently started flashing sequentially blue > yellow > red.
It still functions normally otherwise. This started almost immediately after we opened the base to replace the rusted antipinch electrodes. Prior to replacing them, the litter robot continuously rotated counterclockwise non-stop (now resolved following antipinch electrodes replacement).
Per recommendations from the other posts, we have checked on:
Motor gear not loose
AC adapter, including slightly splitting the pin at the jack
Bonnet connections
Ensuring the drawer is in correctly
Nothing pressing against litter robot
Litter robot on level solid flooring
Perhaps unrelated: At the very end of the first counterclockwise turn, we’ve noticed the motor makes a very brief strained screech right as it stops before turning the opposite direction. The screech only happens once during the whole cycle.
Are there any specific wire connections we should check inside the base, especially since the sequentially flashing blue > yellow > red seemed to start right after opening the base to replace the antipinch electrodes?
Thanks for the prompt reply and the picture. The Hall effect sensor is in the correct position as in the picture without any discernible physical damage.
None of the wires seem out of place inside the mother area and inside the base underneath.
Buonasera, il lampeggiamento è rosso- giallo- blu. Il cablaggio è stato acquistato su robotshop.eu ma anche con il cablaggio precedente , il problema era identico.
Il filo arancione deve trovarsi all’interno accanto a quello giallo.
Se lo è, allora il problema potrebbe provenire dai magneti all’interno del globo, per testarli dovrai mettere qualsiasi oggetto metallico su queste due aree cerchiate in rosso e vedere se i magneti attireranno l’oggetto o meno:
The orange wire must be on the inside next to the yellow one.
If it is, then the issue could be coming from the magnets inside the globe, to test them you will need to put any metallic object on these two areas circled in red and see if the magnets will attract the object or not:
Buongiorno, i fili di cablaggio sono sistemati nella posizione corretta e anche senza globo ma solo usando base + coperchio il problema è lo stesso. Questa problematica dipende dalla base. Quale altro componente della base oltre al cablaggio , che è stato sotituito due volte senza successo, può generare questo difetto?
Buonasera, su sito robotshop.eu ci sono in vendita 2 circuiti: uno si chiama circuito open air , l’ altro si chiama connect circuit board. C’ è differenza tra i due circuiti? Quale devo comprare dato che il prezzo è identico?
