Litter robot 3 - blue light flashing followed by rapid flashing yellow light

Hi!

I purchased the litter robot 3 August 2020.
Everything was going well, untill a few weeks ago, where i had the pinch detector giving difficulties without a cat entering…

2 months ago I had the same problem with the rapid flashing yellow light.
I cleaned the pinches and the sensor and afterwards everything was going well…

Today, same situation… Already cleaned everything…
My robot just won’t work… Keep getting the rapid flashing after I reset the blue light flashing.

I really take care of the Robot, my cats love it and my life is so much better😅.

But this morning it just gave me a lot of stress…

We are sorry to hear about the problem.

Please give us the serial number of your robot. You can find it on the base.

Also, can you send us a photo of the anti-pinch pins so we can check out the state of it?

I took pictures of both…

I tried cleaning them again, cause with the flash, they were more dirty than i thought…
But still te same outcome… blue blinking, press reset, yellow fast blinking…
