I’m experiencing rapid yellow flashing light that won’t clear and the flashing blue light that won’t reset even after emptying the drawer. I have cleaned between the pinch sensors the best I can and they appear to be touching. The box won’t reset or cycle.

Thank you for the information. We can confirm that the problem is with the DFI sensor. Additionally, you can replace the 3 contact pins on your robot, as they show signs of usual wear and tear. These pins should be replaced every 1-2 years as part of regular maintenance to ensure the robot functions properly. These components can rust or corrode over time due to ammonia exposure.
In order to help you repair your robot as quickly as possible, we recommend that you purchase the necessary replacement parts from the RobotShop website:
-DFI sensor: RB-Ltr-176
-3 sets of pins: RB-Ltr-107, RB-Ltr-108, RB-Ltr-129
