Litter robot 3 blinking blue light

hi, my litter robot 3 has a blinking blue light on. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips on this forum, including: 1. power off and on the unit. 2. check the litter bag, replaced the litter bag. 3. remove the top and globe and cleaned the unit to ensure no litter debris is left. 4. cleaned the DFI sensors and reset the DFI sensors.

I’m not sure what else to do. I purchased the unit with extended warranty on Jan 31, 2019. My order number is 700101949.
