my the timing light come up without my cat going in, (he was sleeping), but then it didn’t go to cycling either, therefore, I waited over 20 mins, I had to turn off the unit then turn it on again, it has happened a few times already, I got it just on the 9th. Please help!

Are there any blinking lights on the control panel?
Can you give us the serial number of the robot?
No, there isn’t any other blinking lights on the control panel.
Can you tell me where I can find the serial number?

The serial number should be located on the silver label on the back of the base.
