I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
I’ve received my litter robot 3 a week ago. it’s been working fine until yesterday. It stoped middle cicle.
I unpluged it, removed the bonnet , the enclosure, verified if there was something strange with the connections, and did not find any reason for the malfunction.
I removed the litter inside, removed the litter from the garbage disposal and reassemble the hole thing, in the home position (with the steps needed to reassemble it the right way).
When i turned it on, the yellow light was static and it did not cicle.
After a wille all thee light flashed and it isn’t working still.
This is not understandable from a new product, more so with this purchase price!
Are you using the original adapter and plugging it directly into the wall?
Please test the magnets of the globe by putting any metallic object on these two areas circled in red and check if the magnets would attract the object or not:

Regarding the other questions,
The magnet is fine
The adapter is the original one, directly on the wall
once again, i shouldn’t be rotating this robot manually, waiting for your reply everyday, with this purchase price, 1 week after it arrives…
I’ve been using litter robot for 10 years now.
Had a problem once 5 years ago and they send another one that day, no questions asked.
But unfortunatly i see this is no longger that way.
i think you could rethink this approach. this is the way a client’s confidence is distroyed.
Just my opinion regarding your service. once i have no other option, i’ll keep on answering and looking for magnets or wathever…
