Litter Robot 2

I just purchased my litter robot in August & I’m still getting my cats used to it. I noticed that it doesn’t turn after the cat has used it and left the unit as it’s suppose to after 7 mins. The only time it turned around is when you unplug the unit from the wall and plug it back in. What should I do to fix it so it cycles after cats leave?

In this case, it is possible that your cats are not heavy enough to trigger the cat sensors. When the cats enter the Litter-Robot do you see the red sensor timing light come on? If not, does it come on if you push on the Litter-Robot step on the drawer?

If it does come on when it is pressed, the sensitivity of the sensor will need to be adjusted so it is triggered by your cats. You will see how this sensor works and how to adjust it, starting on page 15 of the manual found at the following link:
