I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: For the past year we have had our lavvie bot set to betonite and used a consistent brand of litter and it functioned properly the majority of the time. Now, although the above is unchanged, it will not stop adding new litter unless we unplug it. Recently the rake broke and we had to replace it, possible due to the inability to stop the box from over filling.

I have already tried programing the litter level to a lower amount but it just keeps filling
