We bought a litter box 3 in the beginning of June and for the past months it worked like a charm, but de last 3 days it was constantly giving an error and a blue and red light was/is flickering. We looked it up but unfortunately we couldn’t figure out what the problem was. We tried to call the help centre but there was nobody picking up the phone. I stayed at the phone for at least 30 minutes, the only thing I heard was the same tape over and over again. I was dialing the number 3 to be connected with someone of the tech departement, but after half an hour i lost my Faith an quit the call. We would like to return or order, but I can’t fine any information about the return conditions. What can we possibly do to return the litter box. Please let us know How I can contact someone or return my package.
