Hello,
I work on a project which purpose is to stimulate a feet. For that I need some linear actuators with a little displacement. I am interrested in the servomotor VS-19 (code product : RB-Sbo-109). But I don’t have a lot of information about it. How can I command it ? Can I reach the position I want between 0 and 2cm like stop at 1cm ? If it is the case what is the accuracy of the position ?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
We suggest using the interface: robotshop.com/en/solarbotics … r-kit.html
This will allow you to use it like a normal RC servo motor. Note that the max voltage needs to be <5V.
With only 2cm of travel, it’s not “highly accurate” and uses a built-in linear potentiometer.
Yes, you can send commands to go to specific internmediate positions.
Hi Coleman,
Thank you for your answer. When you say it’s not “highly accurate” how much is it ?
I need have displacements between 0 and 3mm with a minimum accurancy of 0.4mm, will it be ok ?
When writing the first reply, we tried to find that information, but could not. It’s lacking that information unfortunately. Note that the input pulse range is 80 to 2200uS.
