I have been using the Lynxmotion SSC-32U USB Servo Controller for some time and enjoying it.
Am looking to use linear actuators with max 50mm travel and was wondering whether I could use this board for controlling them too and more importantly, is that a good approach?
If yes, can you suggest compact actuators on your site that would work with this?
If you’d like to use an RC servo controllers with linear actuators, you would either need linear actuators which directly accepted RC signals, or intermediate electronics which accepted RC signals and controlled the actuators. For the second situation, the actuators would need potentiometer fedback for positioning.
