Linear actuator

Iam looking for a linear actuator or a solenoid which can do push pull movement for quite a long time - like 50000 times once every 3 seconds.
I am looking for controlling them with arduino.

Any thoughts pls share.

Unfortunately we really do not have an extensive selection of solenoids. We suggest trying Digikey.
