Can anybody recommend a helpful source of linear actuators? I’ve tried several makers, including alibaba.com but as they’re commercially oriented and assume everybody knows all about them, when you can’t specify exactly what you want, they just hit delete.

PS: I’m looking for a linear actuator that can push up about 6 inches slowly but continuously over 8 hours, onto a rocker holding up about 200 pounds, quietly, and last at least a few years.
