Light keeps flashing blue, pressing reset will go to yellow/orange

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: The litter robot open air just stopped working. When the litter robot is on there is a blue light flashing. At first I though hey the tray is full. I pressed reset and it worked afterwards. Now the blue light keeps flashing and pressing reset puts it on the middle light (yellow/orange) and that one is flashing as well… pressing reset again will let it go to the blue light flashing again. The tray is empty. Everything is clean. I just don’t get it. It doesn’t rotate as well. Not even when you turn it on.

Troubleshooting steps already taken: I did a full troubleshooting and nothing works.

@igor_X I bought it at robotcleaners.nl. The order number from there is: 800135482. I bought it new in January this year.
