LIDAR not rotating after installation of new motor

I replaced the motor on my Neato xv-11 but the lidar still isn’t moving. Any way of testing what may be bad? Is it possible I didn’t connect to the motherboard correctly?

Hi Rich,

Please make sure to reverse the polarity on the motor, the red wire should go to the motor negative pole and the black wire to the positive pole.

Verify the connectivity between one pole and the motor connector, to make sure the wire’s connectivity is intact.
