I get zero return from my Lidar lite v3 after 15 meters of distance. I have two of them. The first one is giving me correct results at long distances (between 20m and 30 meters of obstacles). However my second lidar lite returns zero after I point it through a distance longer than 15 meters. I wired up a pwm connection and running it with an arduino nano. What do you think the problem is?
Is it connecting fine like the first one? I mean, the setup can somehow cause the issue. Please elaborate more on the problem. I found something similar on FinancePolice.com. You can check there for the issue.

Jay
Yes, the setups are the same. When I use the i2c setup I get 1(ones) at long distances. When I do the pwm setup I get 0(zeros) at long distances. Is it a power problem? I have tried all 5 modes. The results are about the same.
